bet365's Special Offer Results in £16.3m Payout During Spain vs France Match
One of the biggest Nations League payouts to date from UK Betting Sites has landed courtesy of bet365, with the bookmaker paying out a hefty £16.3 million to punters during the Spain vs France semi-final.
The stunning figure came off the back of their Substitution Guarantee promotion "Sub On Play On" that saw substitutions galore all combining for goals, assists, fouls and much more.
It’s another example of how football betting sites are offering more promotions for their users and features around the popular Bet Builder slips.
Bet365 spokesperson Steve Freeth said, “Clearly, a game with nine goals and seventeen shots on target was going to be extremely painful on the Bet Builder front, especially with the subs replacing high-profile players who hadn’t contributed."
This isn’t the first headline figure from bet365, either. Back in May, they shelled out £18 million on 'Sub On Play On' in just a month.
What is Sub On Play On
Bet365's Sub On Play On allows your BetBuilder to stay on even if your player is substituted in the game.
Simply:
Place a bet on a player market with the Sub On Play On icon.
If your selected player is substituted, your bet will roll over to their replacement, with no change in odds.
If the substituted player meets the bet requirement, we’ll settle your selection as a winner.
