New Bonus Buy Slots Guide
Bonus buy slots are everywhere on streams and at offshore casinos, but the buy button has been off-limits to UK players for years. My new guide breaks down why the Gambling Commission pulled the feature, and what's left in its place.
- The feature, explained: a bonus buy lets players pay a fixed price, typically 50-100 x their bet, to skip straight into a slot's bonus feature instead of waiting for it to trigger
- Why the UKGC banned it: the buy button fell foul of the rule against encouraging players to increase their stake or chase losses, part of a wider push toward slower, lower-intensity slots
- The games didn't vanish: titles like Sweet Bonanza and White Rabbit Megaways are still playable in the UK; only the buy option is switched off in the British version
- The alternatives: ante bets and bet boosters raise your stake by a small percentage for a better shot at the bonus feature, but the guide is clear they're not a loophole and still increase spend
- The honest take: with the compliance reality laid out rather than glossed over
Bonus Buy Slots in the UK: Why they're gone and what you can play instead

Max wins can reach 15,000 x your total bet.

Epic SixSixSix (Hacksaw Gaming)
Epic SixSixSix is a devil-themed horror slot, with 5 reels and 14 paylines (from 10 a spin): it's the souped-up 'Epic' version of SixSixSix. Propaganda 2 (ELK Studios)
Propaganda 2 is a dystopian love-themed Cluster Pays slot, played on a 6x6 grid from 20p: wins form from clusters of 5+ connected symbols.
