Signed Piece of Pompey's FA Cup Story
OLBG Prizes has launched a giveaway aimed squarely at Portsmouth supporters and football memorabilia collectors, offering the chance to win a 2008/09 Pompey shirt personally signed by David James, the goalkeeper who was between the sticks for the club's 2008 FA Cup triumph. That win remains the last major trophy Portsmouth have lifted.
Signed by James in person at the Jeff Stelling Show, it's a properly authenticated piece from one of the most fondly-remembered eras in the club's modern history.
With just 281 tickets remaining out of 299 at 99p each, this is a genuinely tight cap on a piece of Pompey memorabilia with a direct, documented signing story.

What's Included in the Prize
The prize is a signed piece.
🔵 Main Prize Includes:
👕 Portsmouth 2008/09 shirt
✍️ Personally signed by David James
The signature was captured in person when James joined OLBG on the Jeff Stelling Show, meaning the shirt has a clear, verifiable signing story rather than an autograph captured cold.
Pompey's 2008 FA Cup Story
The 2007/08 season is one Portsmouth supporters can still recite by heart.
Harry Redknapp's side went all the way to the FA Cup final and beat Cardiff City 1-0 at Wembley, with Kanu scoring the goal, to lift the club's first major trophy in more than 50 years.
David James was the man between the sticks. Signed from Manchester City in 2006, he was the senior England international at the back of a squad that also included Sol Campbell, Sylvain Distin, Sulley Muntari, Niko Kranjcar, Jermain Defoe and Kanu himself.
The 2008/09 season followed with a UEFA Cup campaign, continued top-half Premier League football, and a run that would eventually give way to the financial troubles that defined the club's next chapter.
This shirt is from that year, signed by the keeper who was there for all of it.
