Every online casino shouts about its offers, but how do you know if you can trust them? I test them, so you know where's worth playing & how to get genuine value.

  • The PayPal Casino page went through a full SEO audit and fix, alongside updates of the Pay By Phone and Quick Verification guides aimed at improving visibility and usability.
  • On top of that, I've been going through your favourite pages in great detail to make sure you're getting all the info you need.
  • I've also got two fresh news stories that you definitely want to read.

There's been no shortage of news and updates across casino sites this week, alongside a heavy week of content work on my end.

I've spent most of it on content audits and SEO fixes across a wide spread of pages this week.

That included my guide to casino games with the lowest house edge, the best live casinos in the UK, and the best live roulette sites.

My View

Weeks like this one don't make headlines, but they're what keeps the guides worth trusting. Every audit is a chance to catch something before a reader does, whether that's a stale stat, a broken link or a heading that's stopped making sense.

On the SEO side, my PayPal Casino guide went through a full audit and fix to improve the quality of the information you get when you land on the page.

I also updated my guides to Pay By Phone casino sites and quick verification casinos, aiming to improve visibility and usability.

On the editorial side, my guide to casino etiquette got small touch-ups to its opening, closing and headings.

There are also two news stories you should definitely know about this week.

First up, it recently emerged that live casino sites are now driving the sharpest growth seen anywhere in the UK online casino market.

New figures from the Gambling Commission back that up, with UK online casino gross gambling yield reaching £1.55 billion in the first quarter of 2026, up seven per cent year on year.

Live casino sits at the centre of that growth as the fastest-expanding part of the market, with some analysts projecting growth approaching 10% a year through to 2034.

Elsewhere, casino sites are being pulled into a widening standoff over UK affordability checks.

The UK Gambling Commission, horse racing and MPs are locked in a growing row over Financial Risk Assessments, even though the regulator's own data shows fewer than 3% of accounts ever need a full check.
