I break betting odds news as it happens, so you’re never left behind when the market moves or a top offer lands.

  • Penta is the favourite to win the men's Money in the Bank ladder match at 1/2
  • Roxanne Perez leads the women's ladder match at 6/4
  • Both matches still have one spot to fill, with this week's SmackDown qualifiers deciding who joins the field alongside the five already confirmed in each match.

Penta And Perez Lead As Qualifiers Loom

Money in the Bank is fast approaching, and while five names are already locked into each ladder match, the final two spots won't be confirmed until this week's SmackDown qualifiers are settled.

Bookmakers already have both matches priced up regardless, with Penta and Roxanne Perez the clear favourites heading into a card built around one of WWE's most unpredictable annual matches.

On the men's side, Kevin Owens, Cody Rhodes and Johnny Gargano face off for the final spot, while Tatum Paxley, Tiffany Stratton and Candice LeRae battle it out for the last place in the women's match.

Each of those six qualifier candidates has been priced individually to win the overall match too, reflecting how their path into the contest would shape their realistic chances once the ladders come out.

Penta's 1/2 price gives him an implied 66.7% chance of winning the men's match, well clear of CM Punk at 2/1 (33.3%).

Kevin Owen's sits as joint third favourite despite not yet being confirmed in the match.

He faces Cody Rhodes and Johnny Gargano on Friday's episode of SmackDown, with the winner entering the MITB match.

Sol Ruca2/133.3%
Tiffany Stratton3/125.0%
Lola Vice4/120.0%

Perez's 6/4 price gives her an implied 40.0% chance of winning, with Sol Ruca close behind at 2/1 (33.3%).

Tiffany Stratton sits third at 3/1, with Lola Vice and Jacy Jayne tied at 4/1.

Lash Legend and Tatum Paxley are matched at 6/1, while Candice LeRae rounds out the field as the outright outsider at 8/1.

The Rest Of The Card

Money in the Bank isn't just about the two ladder matches either.

Roman Reigns defends the World Heavyweight Championship against LA Knight, Bronson Reed takes on Oba Femi in a heavyweight collision, and Stephanie Vaquer puts the Women's World Championship on the line against either Becky Lynch or Liv Morgan, depending on how that picture resolves itself beforehand.

With two ladder matches, two title defences and a genuine grudge match all on one card, this looks like one of the stronger Money in the Bank line-ups in recent years.

Reigns is 1/10 to defend his World Heavyweight Championship according to William Hill's latest market.

What the expert says...
Penta at 1/2 looks fair to me given how dominant he's been in ladder match situations before, but CM Punk at 2/1 is exactly the kind of veteran presence who knows how to time a cash-in run better than almost anyone in the match. The qualifier I'm watching closest is Kevin Owens against Cody Rhodes and Johnny Gargano. Owens winning through and then sharing the ring with CM Punk makes the most sense from a storytelling perspective, and WWE rarely misses an opportunity like that.
